We had a fun trip to the Science Museum with year 8 this week, as a reward for their hard work and focus on their Renewable Energy unit. Thank you to Mr Barnes for organising, and to the students for making the most of this opportunity.

St Claudine’s Debating Society travelled to Westminster to participate in this year's Debate Mate launch. They watched a showcase debate on the banning of short-form content on the main social media platforms. Our own Danajah won the best floor question over 15 other schools!

We ended  with a celebration of what it means to be 'Standing Firm in Power and Pride' within our school community & in the world. Our performers, hosts, choreographers & backstage team made us all extremely proud; their energy and sincerity were powerful.

As part of our celebrations for  , depts have highlighted this year's theme of 'Standing Firm in Power & Pride'. Extracurricular experiences included Ms Shakes & students cooking up some delicious wraps: jerk chicken and mango with a yoghurt and lime dressing.

Our Pilgrims of Hope visited St Peter's Basilica. Valentina carried the cross, leading the way. They processed through the Holy Door & prayed at the tomb of St Peter. The Sacrament of Reconciliation was available for those who wished. It was a very spiritual morning

Our prayers are with our group of students as young pilgrims, on a journey to the centre of the Catholic church to mark the Jubilee Year of Hope. May they experience the true blessing and joy of being in the presence of the Lord in this Holy place of pilgrimage.

Yr9 recently enjoyed an adventure at PGL! This trip gave them the chance to build confidence, strengthen relationships & develop teamwork skills in a supportive environment. It was a fantastic 3 days filled with laughter, learning and lasting memories!

Huge thanks to all the organisers, bakers and consumers who helped raise almost £490 for  last week. A special shout-out to our wonderful year 7s who took part in the MFL Bake-Off; your cakes were delicious AND beautiful!

Clubs are in full swing and on Wednesdays students can choose between gardening and biking after school. Rania, Daniella, Hiermela and Aastha brought the sun out riding around the school grounds yesterday. Their teamwork was amazing!       🚴‍♀️🚴‍♀️
